Return of Items

Postal Returns

All postal hires are delivered with a prepaid Australia Post Express satchel. This satchel must be used to return your Garment. If you do not receive a satchel with your delivery, please contact us immediately.

Items must be returned on or before the specified Rental Return Date by close of business (local post office hours). This date will be confirmed in your rental agreement.

You may return your Garment in one of the following ways:

  1. Over the counter at a local Australia Post office or depot

    • You must lodge the parcel by the close of business on the Rental Return Date.

    • You must obtain a printed proof of lodgement receipt from Australia Post.

  2. Yellow Australia Post street posting box (Express only)

    • Red posting boxes are not accepted as they are infrequently cleared.

    • You must drop your parcel into a yellow Australia Post posting box before the last clearance time on your Rental Return Date.

    • You must take a clear, timestamped photo of yourself placing the parcel into the yellow box (with the posting box clearly visible). This photo serves as your proof of lodgement.

If your Rental Return Date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, you may lodge the parcel on the next business day.

If you lose the prepaid satchel, contact us immediately. We can email you a replacement shipping label or you may purchase your own Australia Post Express satchel. If you purchase one, you must send us the new tracking number straight away.


Local Returns

All local hires must be returned directly to the collection address in St Johns Park, NSW 2176 by 7:00pm on the Rental Return Date.

Garments must be placed inside the secure returns box located at the front door.

If your order came with a garment bag, this must be returned with the hire. If not returned, you will be charged for the cost of the bag.


Customer Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel your booking, you must email frockedrentals@gmail.com

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Rental fees are strictly non-refundable, including for change of mind, event cancellations, or fit issues.

Change of rental dates may be requested by email, but approval is at Frocked’s discretion and is not guaranteed.


Issues with Fit or Appearance

We provide detailed information on the fit of each item. While we are happy to offer general sizing advice via email, Frocked takes no responsibility if the Garment you select does not fit or suit you.

No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for sizing or fit issues.


Cancellations by Frocked

Frocked may cancel your booking in rare circumstances, such as:

  • The Garment is damaged by a previous client.

  • The Garment is lost or stolen by a previous client.

  • The Garment cannot be delivered in time due to late returns or postage network delays.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee and postage charges. This is the maximum compensation payable; Frocked is not responsible for any additional costs or consequential losses.


Late Returns

If your rental is returned late, late fees will apply.

The fee is calculated as: Rental Fee ÷ Rental Period (days) for each day overdue, up to 120% of the original RRP of the Garment.

Example: A $100, 4-day hire = $25 late fee per day.

Late fees will be charged to your original payment method.
